Why join the CBA?
Joining the CBA is a fantastic way to connect with your neighbors and community. The CBA holds many social events, such as the 4th of July party at the Town Park, and the Clifton birthday party at the CBA Barn. These events provide a chance to meet your neighbors in a relaxed, fun setting. Members receive a reduced rate at some CBA events, such as the 5K.
We also have fun volunteer opportunities, allowing you to give back to your community while getting to know people who share your interests. Joining the CBA is a great way to turn your neighborhood from just a place you live into a friendly and supportive community.
Starting in 2025, we instituted a new membership fee structure:
